Meet the Maker!

Hello! I'm Sandra, the face (and hands!) behind Message on a Bottle.

I've worked in the promotional merchandise industry since I was just 17, so you could say I've spent most of my life surrounded by personalised products!

After being made redundant during the Coronavirus pandemic, I decided it was time to take the plunge and start something of my own.

I loved the idea of creating reusable drinks bottles that reflected people's personalities, hobbies and interests. After all, why carry around a bottle advertising somebody else's business when you could have something that's completely you?

 

Then came the dogs! 🐾

Meet Oscar and Lily, my two much-loved Cavachons!

As any dog lover will understand, I'm rather obsessed with my two. But I always found it frustrating how difficult it was to find lovely gifts featuring Cavachons. Being a mixed breed, they seemed to get overlooked!

So I started creating my own dog-themed designs.

What began with Cavachons soon grew into a collection celebrating all sorts of wonderful dogs — pedigrees, crossbreeds, rescues and everything in between.

And because every dog is unique, I now offer bespoke bottles featuring your very own dog's photograph.

Message on a Bottle isn't a big production line. It's just me!

Every bespoke bottle is individually designed using your chosen photograph, carefully printed and hand-pressed, checked and packed by me here in East Sussex.

I love seeing all the gorgeous dogs that customers send me, and knowing that each finished bottle is going to someone who loves their dog just as much as I love mine.
